It's been over a year now since I stopped working for The Skatalites. It's like my whole world changed. I haven't left the country since March 2010. Talk about cabin fever. I found out a few days ago Lloyd Knibb is now in the hospital with liver cancer. They say these are the last few days he's going to have if I want to see him, So why am I not on the next flight? Because the truth is, he already died in my eyes. They all did. All those men I considered my uncles and brothers and teachers since I was a child, they're all dead to me. My tears were shed for them once and they wont be shed again. There's so much going on in my head I

...and I'm still finding myself in the smae place. Just got back from Texas, still touring, still dancing, still looking for love in all the wrong places, but i really wasnt even lookig in the first place. ugh. I need more art. I'm singing again, well i'm starting to anyway. I'm going to sing more and I'm going to shoot more and I'm going to do more of all the things I want to do simply becuz I want to do them. I have a place to live again which is good but now I have no exuses. First things first. I need more art.
